The annual Olly Stephens Memorial Cup rugby match is to be held later this month.
The event was conceived in memory of Olly Stephens, the Emmer Green teenager whose 2021 murder shocked the UK.
Olly was a keen rugby fan, who enjoyed watching live games.
This year's match will be held at Reading Rugby Football Club on April 14.
Kickoff is at 11am on the day.
In addition to the game itself, a raffle and bucket collection will be held, raising money for No5 and the Ben Kinsella Trust.
The Trust combats knife crime, while No5 offers counselling services to young people.
Amanda Stephens, Olly's mother, released a statement in the run-up to the match.
She said: "We have chosen charities who lead from the heart to help our young people develop brighter, happier futures.
"I hope that the memorial cup day continues to benefit the next generation in every possible way."
Cllr Karen Rowland, Reading Borough Council's lead member for environmental services and community safety, will be attending the event.
She said: "I'm delighted to be able to support this event and, more widely, Olly's family's ongoing work to reduce social media bullying and knife crime.
"We need our youth to understand that choosing to pick up a knife is never the answer."
