THE prime minister Boris Johnson has taken to social media to speak out about the 'appalling incident' in Reading.
He tweeted: "My thoughts are with all of those affected by the appalling incident in Reading and my thanks to the emergency services on the scene."

Police have arrested a man in connection with 'mulitple stabbings' and some reports have confirmed at at least three have died and more are in a critical condition.
Police remain at the scene and continue to cordon off streets.
