A woman who 'fell' from a bridge above the Reading Inner Distribution Road remains in hospital in a critical condition, according to police.
She was rushed to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford shortley after 1.30pm yesterday (Thursday) with multiple 'life-threatening' injuries, the South Central Ambulance Service said.
The woman, in her 30s, continues to be treated at the Oxford hospital's major trauma centre.

Traffic was brought to a standstill on Caversham Road Southbound from A4155 / Vastern Road (TGI Fridays) to Chatham Street / Friar Street after the incident yesterday.
