Not only is it dog-friendly but the pub even holds regular dog meet-ups and walks for its regular customers.
3. Hare & Hounds

The clue is in the name with this one and it's most definitely a dog-friendly pub. It's a family run pub serving traditional pub food and dogs are welcome too.
4. Farriers Arms
Where: Old Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood, Reading
This lovely, friendly local pub offers good food and good beers and dogs are welcome too, although they must be kept on a lead.
It has a beer garden too perfect when the weather gets warm.
5. The Six Bells
Where? The Green, Back Ln, Beenham, Reading
The Six Bells is situated in the quaint village of Beenham, nestled in the outstanding natural countryside of West Berkshire. It's pefect if youre walking int he countryside and fancy a stop off at the pub.
Muddy paws are welcome in the main bar, snug and conservatory.
