A property in Whitley has been granted a closure order after concerns for vulnerable local residents in the community.
According to police, this order has been put into effect for three months due to suspected ‘drug dealing and cuckooing’.
Anyone who enters the house during the period of closure who is unauthorised can now be faced with arrest and imprisonment.
Thames Valley Police have posted on their social media page saying: “A closure notice has been granted in Whitley for 3 months because of cuckooing and drug dealing linked to the address which is affecting the resident and the vulnerable local community.”
