A DEVELOPER looking to build up to 750 homes on the edge of the town has submitted its long awaited planning application to West Berkshire Council.
Blue Living has applied for outline planning permission to build the homes on the 37-acre Pincents Hill site in Tilehurst along with a healthcare centre, library, primary school and nursery.
The application also seeks permission to build up to four commercial offices, two restaurants and cafes, and a maximum of six shops, a 40-bedroom hotel with spas and gym, as well as a nursery and creche.
