April 2024:

RICHARD MAJOR, 34, of Hengrave Close, Lower Earley, convicted of drug-driving in Wokingham Road on September 10, 2023. Found to have cocaine and cannabis in their system. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

DANIEL SPENCER, 34, of Blagrove Drive, Wokingham, convicted of stealing an air fryer to value of £119 from the Original Factory Shop in Wokingham on December 28, 2023. Also convicted of stealing food from the Wokingham Co-op to the value of £225.50 on January 18, 2024. Also convicted of stealing an air fryer from the Original Factory Shop in Wokingham to the value of £119 on January 23, 2024. Also convicted of stealing meat from the Co-op in Wokingham to the value of £133.20 on January 23, 2024. Given a community order to provide samples for compulsory drug testing for 12 months. Also ordered to undertake 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Also required to complete rehabilitation activities within 30 days of conviction.

PETER HUGHES, 38, of no fixed abode, convicted of burglary after stealing a bike and alcohol from a garage in Bracknell on January 6, 2024. Also convicted of attempting to burgle a dwelling in Bracknell on the same day. Also convicted of failing to surrender to the authorities when required on February 8, 2024. Jailed for 10 weeks and must pay a £156 victim surcharge.

PAWEL KRYSIUK, 37, of Wards Stone Park, Bracknell, convicted of failing to stop after a road accident in Bagshot Road, Bracknell, on July 30, 2023. Also convicted of driving while disqualified in Bracknell on the same day. Also convicted of driving without due care and attention at Bracknell on the same day. Jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 25 months. Must complete up to five days of rehabilitation activities and 200 hours unpaid work within 12 months. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a £154 victim surcharge.

KELLY MILEY, 41, of Glyncroft, Slough, convicted of handling a stolen parcel at Slough on October 5, 2023. Fined £180 and must pay £300 in court costs and a £72 victim surcharge.
