NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON 27th April 2016 Bhoj Ltd HAS APPLIED TO READING BOROUGH COUNCIL FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE IN RESPECT OF THE PREMISES KNOWN AS:
Bhoj Restaurant, 7 Queens Walk, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7QF
FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Under the provisions of Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 the above named person has applied for the GRANT of a premises licence.

Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing within 28 days of the application, as detailed above to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for doing so upon summary conviction is £5,000.
