APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT DARKER ENTERPRISES LIMITED whose registered office is situate at UNIT 11B, TRADE CITY, ASHTON ROAD, HAROLD HILL, ESSEX, RM3 8UJ made an application to the Reading Borough Council for the renewal of a licence for a sex establishment at PRIVATE SHOP, 108

SOUTHAMPTON STREET, READING, BERKS,
RG1 2QX on the 26th January 2016 (date of application for licence).
2. This application is made pursuant to Section

2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
3. Any person who wishes to object to the renewal of this licence must give notice in writing to the

Council, stating in general terms the grounds
of his objection, by 23rd February 2016.
4. All objections should be sent in writing to the

Licensing Team, Reading Borough Council, Civic Centre, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU stating the grounds of objection.
