Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Barclub Trading Limited has applied to the Reading Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Sakura, 5-6 Gun Street, Reading, RG1 2JR. The proposed variation is to:
-seek approval to the proposed alterations to the ground floor layout in accordance with the drawing provided and numbered LO1B;
- seek approval of a variation of the non-standard hours to allow an additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime begins; and
- permit Indoor Sporting Events

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Unit, Reading Borough Council, Level 15, Civic Centre, Reading, RG1 7TD no later than 25th March 2016 stating the grounds for the objection. The register of Reading Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council's website -www.reading.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
