Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that HOT RETAIL LIMITED has applied to the City of Westminster on 18 MARCH 2016 for a variation for the premises licence for 72 CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, READING, RG2 7AZ.

The proposed application is to permit the supply and sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for the hours of 06:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 15 APRIL 2016 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensingand following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
