Licensing Act 2003: Application for the variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that AVTAR SINGH CHIMA has applied to the Reading Borough Council on 18 MARCH 2016 for a variation for the premises licence for TODAY'S LOCAL, 72 CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, READING, RG2 7AZ.
The proposed application is to extend the hours during which the supply and sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises is permitted from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday to 06:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 15 APRIL 2016 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU. Or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk. Any person wishing to view this application may do so at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment. The application can also be requested electronically by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
