NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bradford Park Avenue Community Football Club Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 25th May 2016 for a variation to the licence at the premises at Horsfall Stadium, Cemetery Road, Bradford, BD6 2NG to extend the current premises licence boundary to incorporate the whole stadium, and to change the name of the premises license holder to ‘Bradford Park Avenue Community Football Club Limited’. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 22nd June 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 2/6/16
