LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that we Best Parties Ever Limited applied on to Reading Borough Council in respect of the Premises known as: Kings Meadow, Napier Road, Reading, RG1 8DF, for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the following:

The proposed licensable activities are; Sale of Alcohol, Live Music, Recorded Music, Provision of Dancing, Entertainment & Late night refreshment, for a maximum of 900 guests at any one time. Application has been made for the following hours: 18.00hrs to 01.00hrs from November 23rd to December 23rd only. No more than 18 evenings per year during this time period for each of 2016 onwards.

Under the provisions of Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 the above named person has applied for the VARIATION of the premises licence or club premises certificate.

Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing within 28 days of the application, as detailed above to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for doing so upon summary conviction is £5,000. (In the case of a premises covering an area of more than 50sq metres, a further notice in the same form, must be displayed every 50 meters along the external perimeter of the premises a butting any highway)
