WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (NIGHTINGALE ROAD, WOODLEY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 201X

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1) (a) and (c), 2(1) (a) and (b), 2(2) (c) and 4 (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at anytime along the length of road specified in the Schedule below.

Copies of the draft Order, Statement of Reasons and plan may be inspected at the Council offices between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. These documents are also available online at
http://www.wokingham.gov.uk/consultations.

Any objections to the proposal, together with grounds on which they are made, should be sent, in writing, to the Traffic Management Team at the address below or to traffic.management@wokingham.gov.uk by no later than the 18th day of August 2016.
