Regarding right of way for access to proposed development of said property. I give notice that the application is being made to West Berks Council by Mr B. McCould for planning permission to build an adjoining dwelling. Any owner/tenant of the land who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the 3rd August 2016 this notice was served or within 14 days of publication in newspaper to the Head of Planning and Countryside, West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RG14 5LD
