THE WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS OFF STREET DISTRICT CAR PARKS) ORDER 2006
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES AT OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES AT CROCKHAMWELL ROAD, HEADLEY ROAD, LYTHAM ROAD EAST AND LYTHAM ROAD WEST WOODLEY CAR PARKS
TAKE NOTICE that Wokingham Borough Council proposes to vary the charges to be paid in connection with the use of the off-street parking places specified in the above named Order and listed in the Schedule below in accordance with Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part V of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure)(England & Wales) Regulations 1996.
The variation shall come into force on 5th September 2016 and shall relate only to the charges payable under the Order in respect of the car parks referred to in the Schedule below. In all other respects the provisions of the above named Order
shall remain unaffected.
