THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS 2015 (REGULATION 6) NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT WITHOUT A CONDITION IMPOSED ON A PREVIOUS CONSENT
I give notice that CLH PS is applying to West Berkshire Council for Hazardous Substances Consent without a condition imposed on a previous consent at Aldermaston Petroleum Storage Depot, Silver Lane, Padworth, Nr Reading, Berkshire, RG7 4QR.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Aldermaston Petroleum Storage Depot, Silver Lane, Padworth, Nr Reading, Berkshire, RG7 4QR during all reasonable hours until 8th September 2016 2016. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Minerals and Waste Planning Team, Planning and Countryside Service, West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RG14 5LD by 8th September 2016.
