Drivers have picked up fines on five Berkshire roads this month for breaking 30mph speed limits.
Almost £1,000 in fines were owed by the drivers, rising to £1,370 when court-related costs were included.
A 67-year-old from Reading was ordered to pay £555 at Bodmin Magistrates Court on June 7, after driving a Mazda too fast in Ashburton Road.
After pleading guilty to the incident on October 25, 2021, Lee Marshall, 67, of Kenton Road, Earley, Reading, was fined £423, ordered to pay costs of £90 and a must pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £42.

Marshall earned three points on his drivers license and must pay the full amount by July 5.
Six days earlier at Wycombe Magistrates Court (June 1), four people were fined for speeding.
Slough resident Yvonne Edmead was fined £184 for driving 39 mph in Cippenham Lane on September 8, 2021.
The 61-year-old, who lives in Weekes Drive, must pay £90 in costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
She also received 3 points on her license.

Nader Karaker, 70, also of Slough, was banned from driving for six months and fined £80 for driving at 35mph in Farham Road, Slough, on May 31, 2021.
Karaker, from Stoke Poges Lane, was ordered to pay costs of £90 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
The full amount due, £204, must be paid by June 29.
Shelley Gadsden, 37, was fined £66 for driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone, namely South Hill Road in Bracknell, on August 15, 2021.
She received three points on her license and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Gadsden, of Haydon Place, Yateley, must pay the full amount by June 29.
Joseph Farrow, 35, was also fined for driving 36mph in a 30mph zone, in London Road, Sunningdale, to the cost of £40, but in this case he was disqualified from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending.
A judge ordered Farrow, of Churchgate Street, Harlow, in Essex, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
He must pay the full amount, £74, by June 29.
