Eleanor King (Jean)The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards and donations to the CAPD Unit Endowment Fund, following the sad loss of Eleanor. We would also like to thank the CAPD Unit, Dr Barker, Dr Naik, Sister Barbera Dollery & team, staff of CDU Unit and Victoria Ward at The Royal Berkshire Hospital and Dr Graham Paige and Sally Everitt & staff at Belmore Park Surgery, Caversham for all the care and help given to Eleanor.
