HAMMOND Raymond John Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 aged 71 at Duchess of Kent House Hospice. Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Remembered forever. Funeral Service to be held at Reading Crematorium on Thursday 7th December at 1.00pm.
