PHILLIPS Francis On 27th November 2017 aged 85 years of Exeter. Beloved husband of the late Angela, dearly loved dad of Geoffrey & Guy and a much loved father in law & grandpa. Funeral service Friday 15th December, Exeter Crematorium 1pm St Paul's Chapel. Family flowers only please donations if desired for Parkinson's UK by retiring collection or c/o M.
