CHADWICK, Thomas (Tom) Passed away peacefully on 12th January 2018, aged 88 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Reunited with Dorothy. The funeral service will be held at Caversham Heights Methodist Church on Tuesday 6th February at 2.15pm, followed by a committal at Reading Crematorium. Family Flowers only please.
