McCormack Andrew Passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 27th February surrounded by his loving family. A loving father to Lorraine and Alison, grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 13th March at Reading Crematorium for 1.30pm, in the West Chapel.
