Leslie Ernest Crook Sadly Passed away in the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 09/3/18 aged 82 years Beloved husband to Daphne, father to Neil, father-in-law to Vicky & adopted grandad to Amber Leslie will be sadly missed by all that knew him Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 4th April Reading Crematorium Chapel at 1.45pm followed by a burial in the cemetery Family flower's only Donations to Dementia UK
