STEVENS Susan Jean Passed away peacefully at the Duchess of Kent Hospice on 14th March 2018 aged 66 years. Much loved mum, nanna and sister. Susan will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Reading on Monday 9th April at 12.15pm followed by a burial at Henley Road Cemetery. Flowers are welcome.
