PHYLLIS ADAMS Died peacefully on 13th March 2018, aged 100 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Sidney, daughter Linda and all her family. Funeral Service to be held at 10.30 am on April 10th at Swindon Crematorium, Kingsdown Road. Family flowers only, donations to Grove Hill Residential Care Entertainment Fund.
