Brian Cook Died peacefully on 16th March, 2018 aged 84 years. A much loved Dad and Grandad. Re-united with his loving Wife Beryl. A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held at Reading Crematorium on Friday 13th April, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
