GERALD ANTHONY POULTON 24.09.1947 - 20.04.2018 Gerry Poulton sadly passed away peacefully at home on 20th April 2018 aged 70. Much loved husband to Pauline, father to Martin, Darren and Michelle and a loving grandfather. A successful businessman, he was a family man at heart. Gerry will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will forever be in our hearts and memories. xxxx
