HAZELL Jean Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 29th June. Adored mum of Roland, Marcus, Alexander and Astrid. An exceptionally special nanny to Anya, Theo, Oscar, Poppy, Henry, Phoebe, Ibrahim, Maryam and Dawud. She will be sorely missed, but will live on forever in our hearts. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 24th July at St Andrew's Church, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7PL at 11.00am. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu to Marie Curie.
