JOHNSON Theodore David Passed away suddenly on 15th August 2018 at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, aged 92 years. Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Funeral service to be held at Our Lady & St Anne Roman Catholic Church, Caversham on Thursday 30th August at 10.00am followed by committal at Reading Crematorium.
