Philip David Stephens Phil passed away Wednesday 28th August 2018 at the RBH aged 48. Greatly missed by Angel his wife, parents Peter & Joy, family and friends. A memorial service will take place at Caversham Methodist Church 2.15pm Committal: Crematorium Caversham 3rd October 3.15pm Family flowers in blue & white to match scarves & tops of the "Royals". Donations to Ataxia UK or Sepsis UK
