Chandler Phoebe Jane Passed away peacefully on 22nd September 2018 aged 84 years. Wife of the late Alan, mother to David, John, Peter, Michael and Mary and much loved grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday 12th October at 10.45am.
