Kavanagh, Diana Ruth Passed away peacefully at Royal Berkshire Hospital on 19th September 2018, aged 61 years. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Berkshire Crematorium on Monday 8th October 2018 at 3pm.
