CHAPMAN Dan "Danny" Passed peacefully away at home on 24th October 2018, aged 81 years. Dan will be greatly missed by his devoted wife Bern, loving children, grandchildren and all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Monday 5th November at 3:15pm. Family flowers only please.
