Frances Carter Sadly passed away peacefully on the 30th November 2018 in the RBH after a short illness. Frances will be sadly missed by all her family. Funeral will be on the 10th January at Henley Road Crematorium in the West Chapel at 1.30 The family ask that there be no flowers and would ask you to make a donation to a charity of your choice.
