SMITH Sylvia Edith Mae Passed away peacefully at Parkside Care Home on Saturday 5th January 2019, aged 81 years. A much loved partner to Robert, mum, nan and great nan who will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at West Berkshire Crematorium on Friday 25th January 2019 at 12.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be made via JustGiving, or sent directly to Sue Ryder - Duchess of Kent Hospice.
