HUGHES Patricia Janet Passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on Saturday 12th January 2019 aged 76. A much loved wife to Tony and loving mother to Lisa and Jeff, She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St Peter Caversham at 12.00 pm on 7th February 2019. Flowers to Cyril Lovegrove.
