Neil LEWIS 9th April 1978 Neil sadly passed away on March 17th 2019 at Duchess of Kent Hospice. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 3rd April 1.30pm at West Berkshire Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations to Duchess of Kent Hospice will be welcomed in memory of Neil.
