Susan Johnson née Page Formerly of Reading Passed away suddenly on 16th March 2019, aged 60 years. A unique and loving Mum to Shaun, Jodie and Craig, a proud Nana of Chloé, Léonie and Zélie, she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday 15th April in the South Chapel, Reading Crematorium at 1.45pm.
