THOMPSON Grace Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 24th September 2019. Dearly loved Mother to Susan & Pat and loving Grandmother. Grace will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel. Thursday 10th October 2019 at 11:30.
