CHALLACOMBE Diana Jasmine Née Wicks Of Chalkhouse Green. Passed away peacefully on 6th November 2019. Loving Wife to Nick, and Mother to Sarah, Louise and Stuart. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Reading Crematorium on Monday 9th December 2019 at 11.45am. Family flowers only please.
