CARTER Joan Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 26th November 2019 aged 88. Wife of Derek, mother of Sean and grandmother to Michaela. The funeral service will take place at Reading Crematorium (West Chapel) on Wednesday 18th December at 12:45 pm. Flowers welcome.
