DOWNER William Robert (Bill) Passed away peacefully on 28th December in hospital; he was 88. He will be greatly missed by his many friends, and siblings Valerie, David and Jennifer. Funeral Service at Reading Crematorium (West Chapel) at 12 noon on 15th January 2020. Now at peace with Maggie.
