WASHER Jacqueline Hilda Passed away peacefully Monday, December 23rd, 2019 at the age of 68 in Ottawa Canada. Beloved wife of Michael. Loving mother of Simon (Julie) and Mark. Cherished grandmother of David-James, Benjamin, Michael and Matthew. She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Marjorie, Sarah and Rachel. A celebration of life ceremony was held in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Complex, in Ottawa 31 December.
