FERNANDEZ Joaquin 'Tito' Passed away peacefully at the Duchess of Kent Hospice on 7th May 2020. He will be sadly missed by family and all his friends. There will be a private funeral service at Reading Crematorium. No flowers please, donations in memory of Tito, if desired, to Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice.
