HARPER David John OBE and MVO Passed away surrounded by his loved ones at Home on Saturday 8th August 2020. David will be sadly missed by his devoted Wife Norma, Loving Daughter Michaela. Catherine, Simon, Grandchildren Eloise, Harry and Sam, Amy and Alex. Family and Many Friends. This will be a Private Funeral Service. Family flowers only.
