THOMAS Patricia Sandra Passed away peacefully on Monday 17th August 2020, aged 84. Much loved by husband of 61 years John, children Teresa and Steven and grandchildren Connie, James, Ben and Bethan. Pat will be dearly missed by all her family and everyone who knew her. A private funeral service will take place on Wednesday, 2nd September. Family flowers only, donations if desired in memory of Pat to ageuk.org.uk .
