STREAMS Jennifer Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 16th September aged 66. She was a loving and wonderful sister, aunty and friend to many. A truly wonderful lady who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A funeral will take place at Reading Crematorium South Chapel for her family and close friends on 7th October at 1.45 p.m., followed by a celebration of her life when circumstances permit.
