HOWARTH Joan Lilian Former Registrar at Reading Borough Council. Passed away suddenly on Saturday 30th January 2021 aged 78 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Reading Crematorium (South Chapel) on Monday 15th February at 10:00 am. Flowers welcome.
